About this event
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday October 25, 11am - 2:30pm at the Cedar Hill Golf Course, 1400 Derby Road, Victoria.
Join your fellow members to elect the new Board, applaud the winners of VIR's various awards.
We encourage everyone to have lunch there too - please add that to your registration. It will be burger buffet lunch for $30.
If you have a special request, allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Note that as we have to provide exact food counts days before the event, you CANNOT add lunch on the day if you have not registered for it in MSR.
All members in good standing – primary and family/affiliate - have the right to attend, to vote and to stand for election for any position on the Board.
There is no cost for attending the AGM meeting portion, just the lunch is extra.

Lunch provided by The Derby at Cedar Hill, maximum of 60 attendees.
Burger Buffet, your choice of a Beef, Chicken, Salmon or Veggie Burger served with onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce cheese and condiments.
NOTE: Please select the burger of your choice, substitutions at the event will not be possible*
